· Job descriptions for these same positions follow.

· Note: The Universal Teller, File Clerk, Switchboard Operator and Supervisor,

Universal Tellers – Main office are the position known as “benchmark“jobs

in this exercise. How do I know? They are the ones with salaries listed for

them.

· Using the universal factors by Benge (Working conditions, Mental Demands,

Physical Demands, Skill, and Responsibility) create a master schedule by first

ranking the positions on each dimension and then breaking up the salaries

across the dimensions so that they add to their total wage.

· Then take only two other positions and try to come up with wages for them

using the master schedule.
